More than 10 years in commercial web development, the last 5 of them in frontend. Worked in the best advertising agency in the country (TDI) — doing projects from scratch to production; small successful startups (DOC+, Uploadcare, Uscreen, Gem4me) and a large corporation (Wargaming) - helping to develop, improve the product and processes inside.
In Yandex.Praktikum I went through the Mentoring School and was a mentor on short and long programs for more than 2 years continuously. I led 5 large groups from start to finish: I answered questions in chat every day, conducted more than 55 webinars (live-coding, Q&A sessions, briefings).
For over a year, I participated in the frontend development of the modern messenger Gem4me in a feature team whose main task is to implement/support/develop audio/video calls and video streaming.
I know how development works in product companies — I consider it the best and interesting place to work, professional development among other things, so I help small companies to build development processes and team processes.
